退換貨方式


商品鑑賞期
  • 依照中華民國消費者保護法,網購消費者享商品到貨日後一日起七天猶豫期之權益,但消耗品(譬如:食品類)因屬性特殊,因此本公司將保留退換貨與否之權利。
  • 七天猶豫期計算起始日將以運送業者之送貨簽收日、郵戳、超商領貨系統等單據為憑,敬請注意猶豫期並非試用期,還需請您特別留意。您所辦理退貨之商品必須是全新狀態(不得有包裝刮傷、破損、開瓶等現象)且包裝完整(包含全部商品、附件、贈品、說明文件⋯⋯等所有附隨物的完整性)

退貨須知

班巴豆奶屬於食品類商品,基於食品安全與衛生考量,一經售出恕不接受退換貨,亦不適用七天猶豫期。敬請於下單前再次確認商品數量與內容。

若您收到商品有明顯損壞或品項錯誤,請於收到後24小時內聯絡客服,並提供以下資訊以便協助處理:

  • 姓名

  • 訂單編號

  • 聯絡電話

  • 商品異常狀況照片/影片

我們將於2~3個工作日內與您聯繫處理事宜。

以下情況恕不受理退換貨:

  • 商品已拆封、開瓶,或保存不當導致變質

  • 包裝輕微損傷(如運送造成外盒凹痕、外觀瑕疵,不影響內容物)

  • 發票、贈品或隨附資料不齊

  • 惡意或大量退貨申請

  • 收到商品超過24小時未反應

※ 如因退貨導致訂單金額不符合免運門檻,退款金額將扣除物流費用,依下單當時活動說明為準。

退貨流程
聯絡客服人員 → 確認可退貨 → 準備完整商品及發票 → 提供退貨之聯絡資訊、地址 →派運輸/宅配公司取件→完成退件→退回款項
  • 如需辦理退貨,請以官方Line帳號或寫客服信箱與我們聯絡,並提供「姓名」、「訂單編號」、「聯絡電話」、「退貨商品名稱」、「退貨原因影片及照片」等資料;
  • 我們將於收到資訊後2-3工作日內與您聯繫,並協助派物流商前往取件,屆時務必請將退貨商品、發票、贈品等包裝妥當,並保留單據,首次取件費用將由本公司支付;
  • 由於物流商派車情況不定,取貨前物流公司可能會與您聯繫,敬請抱持電話暢通,請勿拒接不明來電。退貨取件時間還需請您配合物流商的流程與時間;
  • 我們將針對退回的商品進行檢驗,將於2-3個工作天完成檢驗。若經判定退回商品等無瑕疵且齊全,且符合七天猶豫期內提出申請,我們將接受無條件退換貨,訂購人無需負擔任何費用;
  • 若退回的商品在驗收上有任何問題,我們將暫停退款作業,客服人員將主動與您聯繫;
  • 商品驗收無誤後,我們將向銀行提出退款/取消授權申請:
* 若您是使用ATM轉帳付款,將於收到您提供的銀行帳戶後,10-14工作日轉帳退款至您的銀行帳戶中。
* 若您是使用信用卡、LinePay付款,確認後ㄧ將於10-14工作日轉帳退款至您的帳戶中。

換貨流程

您與本商店共同同意以換貨處理時,請您於原訂單進行退貨處理,將貨品寄送回指定地址,並於商店重新下單。

Return & Exchange Policy

Let’s Make Things Right!

At beyondmilk, your satisfaction matters to us. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.


Product Appreciation Period

In line with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Law, online shoppers have a 7-day product appreciation period starting from the day after the product is received.

However, since Bamnut Milk is a food product, we kindly remind you that it’s not eligible for returns or exchanges once opened or used, for food safety and hygiene reasons.

Please also note:

  • The 7-day window is not a trial period.

  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition.

  • Packaging must be complete—including the product, any accessories, gifts, and manuals.


When Returns Are Possible

If you received a wrong item or your order was damaged in transit, no worries—we’re here to help. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and provide the following:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Contact number

  • Photos or video showing the issue

We’ll get back to you within 2–3 working days to arrange a solution for you. 💌


When Returns Aren’t Available

We’re unable to accept returns in these situations:

  • The product has been opened or not properly stored, causing it to spoil

  • There’s only minor damage to packaging that doesn’t affect the product inside (e.g., a small dent during delivery)

  • Missing invoices, gifts, or product inserts

  • Returns requested more than 24 hours after delivery

  • Large or repeated return requests that appear to be intentional

 If a return makes your order fall below the free shipping threshold, we’ll deduct the original shipping cost from the refund, based on the promotion active when you ordered.


How to Start a Return

Just reach out via Line (@beyondmilk.tw) or email hello@beyondmilk.tw and share the following:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Contact number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return, along with photos or video

Once we receive your message, we’ll follow up in 2–3 business days. If your return qualifies, we’ll help arrange for a courier to pick it up at your address.
Please have the item, invoice, and any gifts or materials packed and ready. Your first return pickup is on us!


Inspection & Refunds

Once your item is picked up, we’ll check its condition. If everything looks good and fits the return criteria, we’ll issue your refund:

  • ATM Transfers: We’ll process your refund in 10–14 business days after receiving your bank info.

  • Credit Card or LinePay: Refunds will be issued within 10–14 business days to your original payment method.

If we find any issues with the returned item, we’ll pause the refund process and contact you directly.


What About Exchanges?

If you'd like to exchange an item, here's how:

  1. Complete the return process for your original order.

  2. Once that’s done, place a new order for the item you want.
